  Alex is an exceptional practitioner who has helped me over the last year to navigate many health challenges. He has encouraged me to do vital testing which has helped to diagnose parasites (which have now been eradicated), mould illness, gut issues and possible Lyme. When I first began communicating with Alex, I was a shadow of my former self, operating at around 25% and housebound. Almost any activity sent me back to bed in the day / days following. In the last 11 months I have gone from strength to strength with his guidance and now am functioning at closer to 60% with the aim to get to 85 – 90% by the end of 2018. I am still dealing with allergies etc but many of my symptoms have been greatly reduced or disappeared (e,g, numbness, lessened fatigue, burning feet, lack of concentration). I feel very lucky to be working with Alex. He is very responsive to messages on all aspects of health and is good at taking on board any new issues which may present themselves during treatment.
